¡¡¡¡Yancheng Forged Pipe Fittings Co.,Ltd is
specialized in producing forged stainless steel,alloy
steel, Carbon steel and other pressure-pipe elements,
which include pipeline aeries, such as elbow,such
as button-weld flange, slip-on welded flange,
socket-weld flange, lapped flange, blind flange,
standard DIN Germany Standard , JIS Japanese standard
and GB/T, SH & HG domestic standard. Shop
parts shall be produced according to the special
requirement of customer.
The company is located
in the southern zone to Jiangsu Senda Group in
Jianhu County-town, which pillows Xinchang Railway
in the north, is gone through by National Road
204 in the east, reaches the Huian,Premier Zhou`s
former residence to the west and joints the Hu-ning
Highway to the south,where there is convenient
traffic ,pleasant weather and scenic beauty.
The Company, with 10000M2
area, employs over one hundred staff, in which
include 20 people graduated or educated or educated
in higher universities and 8 engineers and assistant
engineers, owns 82 sets of various machining,
plated-prees and measuring devices, in which 600T
& 400T plated press, intermediate-frequency
induction-heated furnace, direct-reading spectrograph
and infrared temperature controller are in the
lead in the same field.
ISO9001:2000 Quality Management
System was founded in the end of 2001 and qualified
and licensed by China Fangyuan Monogram Certification
Center in June 2002,in December 2004,the on-site
review of the safety registration on pressure
pipeline element manufacture unit for our company
was qualified by Jiangsu Province Boiler&
pressure Vessel Measuring Center and licensed
of pressure pipeline certificate of ¡°Special device
manufacture license in the people¡¯s Republic of
China¡± in March 2005. In April 2005,the company
was awarded the title of Quality-Creditable Enterprise
in Jiangsu Province and 315 Right-Maintenance
Supervise, trailing & investigation Office
of Jiangsu Province.
The products manufactured
by our company were sold well to various oil-fields
and chemical industries all over the country widely
in the fields of petroleum, chemicals, electric
power, machiney, fire protection, nucleus power,
foodstuff, metallurgy etc and produced so much
